Sten is an analyst at IceLake. Before joining IceLake in 2026, he gained experience through internships in private equity and M&A, including at IceLake. Sten holds an MSc in Financial Economics and a BSc in Econometrics and Operations Research from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
