Michael is Director and Head of Investor Relations at IceLake. Before joining IceLake in 2026, Michael was a Director in the investor relations team at Inflexion, where he played a key role in primary fundraising, co-investments and project management. Earlier in his career, Michael held client coverage roles at ICG, Insight Investment and Lloyds Bank. He has a BA (Hons) in Ancient History from the University of Durham and is a CFA charter holder.
