Mark is the Capital Markets Director at IceLake. Before joining IceLake in 2026, he spend 12 years at ING where he was a Director in ING’s leveraged finance team. He holds an MSc in Finance & Investments and a BSc in International Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
