Kees is an Associate at IceLake. Before joining IceLake in 2026, he was an Associate at Deutsche Bank in Amsterdam, where he worked in the Investment Banking team covering clients in the Benelux and advising on M&A and capital markets transactions across various sectors. He holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the Erasmus School of Economics.
