Julia is the ESG Lead at IceLake Capital. Before joining IceLake in 2024, she worked as a sustainability consultant at KPMG in the Netherlands, advising clients on sustainability reporting topics such as CSRD and SFDR. Previously, Julia worked as a M&A lawyer at Houthoff. Julia holds a Master of Laws from Utrecht University.
