Jiri is an Investment Director at IceLake. Before joining IceLake in 2026, he was a Director at Freshstream in the investment team. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley across the Benelux Coverage, New York Basic Materials, and London M&A teams. He holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Ghent University and an MSc in Finance from Vlerick Business School.
