Hans is a Managing Director at IceLake. Before joining IceLake in 2023, he was a Director at Deutsche Bank in its Investment Banking team, covering clients in the Benelux and advising on M&A and capital markets transactions across various sectors. He holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
