Leonard is an associate at IceLake Capital. Before joining IceLake in 2024, he was a consultant at Bain & Company in Munich advising financial sponsors and corporates in the DACH region. Prior to that, Leonard worked in the M&A team at Macquarie Capital in Frankfurt. Leonard holds a PhD in Economic Sciences from the University of Göttingen and a MSc in Finance & Economics from the London School of Economics.
