Bastiaan is a Managing Partner at IceLake. Before founding IceLake, he was the Founder and CEO of International Bike Group (Fietsenwinkel.nl), the largest bicycle retailer in the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark. Previously, he worked at McKinsey and Lehman Brothers. He studied Industrial Engineering and Management Science at Eindhoven University of Technology.
