Bram is an Investment Manager at IceLake. Before joining IceLake in 2026, he was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam, where he focused on strategy, transactions, and operational transformations mainly in the Energy and Clean Tech sector. Bram holds an MSc in Chemistry for Energy and Sustainability from the University of Amsterdam and Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy in Freiburg, Germany.
