Dick is an Investment Director at IceLake Capital. Before joining IceLake in 2024, he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in its Financial Institutions Group. Prior to that Dick worked at ING, ABN AMRO and Deloitte with a focus on financial services. Dick holds a MSc in Economics from Tilburg University.
