Leonard is an Associate at IceLake. Before joining IceLake in 2024, he was a Consultant at Bain & Company in Munich, advising financial sponsors and corporates in the DACH region. Prior to that, he worked in the M&A team at Macquarie Capital in Frankfurt. He holds a PhD in Economic Sciences from the University of Göttingen and an MSc in Finance & Economics from the London School of Economics.
