Siebrecht is a Managing Director at IceLake Capital. Before joining IceLake, Siebrecht was a Managing Director – Head of Belgium at Lincoln International. Previously, Siebrecht worked at Rothschild & Co. (formerly Leonardo & Co.) in Belgium. Siebrecht studied business engineering at the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL) before completing a master’s degree in business engineering at the Solvay Brussels School of Economic and Management (ULB).
